It also includes a presentation in Prajja Yoga by Trishia Gill, an experienced yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT200) and a Certified Ayurvedic Marma Point Therapist. She has trained under Lotus House of Yoga and Sacred Stone Academy of Healing Arts. Trishia's classes are designed to connect students to the ebb and flow of natures seasons. By connecting to these natural rhythms in our bodies, we are able to move past chronic illness and stress while opening to healing and well-being.
PrajJa Yoga brings together a variety of yogic practices to bring you into a state of healing and peace. Beginning with restorative, supported postures before moving into gentle yoga with breath work will allow you to relax the physical body and the mind. We follow our yoga session with a brief guided meditation and relaxation. This is a great choice for those who need to bring the body into balance while reducing the stress response. To celebrate the fall equinox, there will be drumming around the bonfire, as well as tea and treats. There will also be time to let “your senses be put in tune once more” surrounded by Nature.
We've made the outdoor massage optional, but highly recommend taking the opportunity to enjoy this exquisitely relaxing experience. The sounds and scents of Nature, in real life, add to the soothing touch of our massage therapists.
